Birthday girl, birthday fun!

Gabriella got a lot of balloons for her birthday. It's the first thing she saw when she woke up the morning of her birthday:-)
Adelynn wanted to help beg sister open her presents

We took Gabriella to Red Robin for her birthday. It is one of her favorite restraunts. They sang a song to her and brought her ice cream after she ate her lunch. She thought it was pretty great!

Aunt Danielle and Gabriella all dressed up - pretty girls!

Adeynn's dedication

Although Adelynn slept through her dedication it was still one on the most special days in our family's life. We were fortunate enough to have Adelynn dedicated on March 8 - Gabriella's birthday. This was extra special because it was Gabriella who brought our family to the Lord in the first place. We were fortunate also to have Michael's family there as Adelynn's middle name is after Michael's dad. We had the opportunity to witness to Mike's parents and sister while they were here, sharing our testimony and giving new understanding to what it means to be a christian for his sister! It was a wonderful visit and we look foward to seeing what God has will do in Danielle's life as a new believer as well as in Adelynn's life.

First dental appointment

Okay, so Gabriella is almost 5 and never really been to the dentist, but she finally went on Thursday and I think it was worth the wait. She LOVED it!?! She was excited and not even shy once! She did what they told her too (x-rays) didn't get scared of the scraper or "Mr. Thirsty" and is now in the cavity-free club. Sorry, I failed and did not get pictures, but now Gabriella is making sure to rinse her mouth with her pink mouthwash, brush 2 times a day and floss at night. She is very serious about dental health now:-) The dental office is extremely kid friendly and if you have kids I recommend them! Check out their website www.alamoheightspediatricdentistry.com

Adelynn LOVES her hippo!

She climbs in and out, in and out...she pushes it back and forth and rides on it when the seat is down. This is her favorite toy right now. Michael says she is going to be so expensive because of how much she loves "new" things (new to her). She loves hippo so much, she started being possesive! If you want to see her being possesive you can watch the video below. Warning: there is crying involved! It's never too early to learn a lesson in sharing:-)
